Free U.S. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges on U.S. orders are free, including change-of-mind returns and sale items. We provide a prepaid return label, cover exchange shipping, and charge no restocking or exchange handling fee.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. Merchandise must be unworn, unused, and returned with its original tags and original packaging. Sale and discounted merchandise follows the same policy as full-priced merchandise. Gift cards are not eligible for return.

Start a Return or Exchange

Email support@venturidge.com with your order number and the item you wish to return or exchange. For an exchange, tell us your preferred item or size.

We will send a prepaid return label and instructions. Use our label so there is no return-shipping cost to you, and follow the packing instructions before sending your item back.

Exchanges

We will help arrange your exchange and cover shipping for the replacement. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item or size is unavailable, you may choose a refund instead. Any difference in item price will be confirmed with you before the exchange is processed.

Refunds

After a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1 business day after we receive and accept the returned merchandise. There is no restocking fee or deduction for our prepaid return shipping.

After a refund is issued, the time required for it to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us with your order number and photographs when relevant. We will help arrange the return, replacement, or refund at no shipping cost to you.
